Jeffrey S. Benice is a 1978 graduate of UCLA Law School and was a member of the UCLA Law Review. While at UCLA, Mr. Benice externed for United States District Court Judge Irving Hill in 1976, and clerked for Justice F. Douglas McDaniel in the California Fourth District Court of Appeal in 1978. He was an associate and partner at Lawler, Felix & Hall from 1979 to 1986 and a partner with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison from 1986 to 1994. In 1994, Mr. Benice left Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison to establish his own trial practice.

Mr. Benice is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court; the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals; the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; the United States Tax Court; the United States District Court, District of Colorado, the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and all California State and Federal Courts.
